An annual Immunity List is published in the South Africvan Government Gazette in terms of section 7 of the Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act.

Unmarried children of such representative or other person, who are under 23 years of age, attending an institution of higher education. The express approval of the Department of Foreign Affairs, other persons who are not members of some other household, and recognized by the sending State as members of the family forming part of the household.
